Partea de ESE a stațiunii se distruge prin alunecări de teren (Chirica, Tanasachi, Repertoriul Arheologic al jud. Iași, vol I, pag. 107, 1984). Active gully surface (evolution): -1979 (19 281 m²); - 2008 (26 475 m²); - april 2010 (26 850 m²); - november 2010 (27 200 m²); - may 2011 (27 343 m²); - august 2012 (28 137 m²). Rata medie de înaintare a ravenelor din Podișul Moldovei este de 1.5 m/an, calculată prin modele empirice (Rădoane et al., 1995), însă ravena Băiceni Cucuteni are o evoluție rapidă, 10m/1.6 ani (Romanescu et al., 2012) Ravena Băiceni - Cucuteni
