Echipamentul instalat este funcțional. (...)Sistemul de vot electronic va putea fi totuși utilizat după elaborarea software specializat în baza cerințelor Regulilor de utilizare a dispozitivelor electronice în cadrul ședințelor în plen a Parlamentului Republicii Moldova și cerințelor funcționale privind sistemul de gestiune a ședințelor în plen, se arată într-un răspuns oficial al Ministerului. 02:53-03:23 SERGIU NICULIȚĂ, reporter TV8: Pentru a înțelege pe ce totuși au fost cheltuiți banii cetățenilor plătitori de impozite, am cerut responsabililor să ne prezinte lista cu tot echipamentul precum și serviciile de instalare pentru întreg sistemul de vot din Parlament. Autoritățile însa au decis să ascundă informația de presă. Astfel, în 4
