Studiile în cadrul programului se axează pe profesionalizare în domeniul politic concentrându-se pe dimensiunea de analiză şi consiliere în sectorul public şi politic, prin utilizarea unui spectru de metode şi tehnice interdisciplinare din ştiinţele politice, manageriale, juridice,
sociologice etc. Pregătirea în cadrul programului de master Analiză şi consiliere politică are ca particularitate formarea specialiştilor, în domeniul consultingului şi prestării de servicii de analiză, consiliere, investigare şi expertiză în activitatea politică, axându-se pe o abordare pragmatică şi teoretică a disciplinelor din planul de învăţământ al ciclului II. Importanţa programului de studiu. Perspectiva dezvoltării democratice a societăţii noastre dictează necesitatea extinderii cunoştinţelor teoretice şi de abilităţi practice în domeniul activităţii politice. Este vorba despre specialişti cu o mentalitate de nouă viziune şi abilităţi de proiectare a modelelor de comportament politic şi electoral al actorilor politic, eficientizare a activităţii politice. Actualitatea şi comprehensivitatea. Actualitatea politică autohtonă denotă stringenta necesitate şi demonstrează lipsa unui număr suficient de profesionişti în domeniul ştiinţelor politice, specializaţi anume în domeniul analizei şi consilierii politice, capabili să efectueze activitatea de separare şi cercetare a realităţii politice în factorii, care o determină, analizând-o utilizând metodele strict ştiinţifice. Scopul programului de master Analiză şi consiliere politică constă în formarea de competenţe şi abilităţi de analiză şi consiliere în probleme de natură politică, prin formare unui set de capacităţi analitice necesare pentru identificarea şi evidenţierea trăsăturilor caracteristice din realitatea politică relevante pentru studiu, capacităţi, de gestionare a proceselor, inclusiv a celor de criză, oferind servicii de consiliere politică. Finalităţile de studiu rezidă în formarea de specialişti profesionişti capabili să proiecteze diverse modele de dezvoltare a relaţiilor politice, capabili în baza acestor modele să prognozeze tendinţele evoluţiei proceselor politice autohtone şi externe. Admiterea se efectuează în conformitatea cu Regulamentul de organizare şi desfăşurare a admiterii în instituţiile de învăţământ superior din Republica Moldova. Concepţia formării specialistului în domeniul analizei şi consilierii şi politice rezidă în competenţele specifice obţinute de absolvenţii programului şi se încadrează în următoarele coordonate: analiza şi compararea capacităţilor de dezvoltare şi consolidare a sistemelor politice; determinarea particularităţilor funcţionării instituţiilor politice contemporane; elaborarea şi adaptarea strategiilor de eficientizare a funcţionării instituţiilor politice; cercetarea dinamicii proceselor politice; formularea propunerilor şi recomandărilor privind eficientizarea proceselor politice; implementarea în practica a mecanismelor de planificare şi gestionare a activităţii politice; aplicarea diverselor metode şi tehnici de analiză a proceselor politice. Teza va fi elaborată în conformitate cu cerinţele normative şi standardele USM. Programul de master Analiza şi consiliere politică presupune eficientizarea şi activităţilor didactice, metodelor de predare, de elaborare a curriculum-urilor, prin perfecţionarea cadrelor didactice implicaţi înprogramul de master asupra modelelor de curriculum din alte universităţi şi prin asistenţa din partea practicienilor (politicieni, colaboratori din instituţii de profil) la elaborarea şi îmbunătăţirea planurilor de curs,la actualizarea şi dezvoltarea metodelor interactive de predare, la implicarea lor în activităţi extracurriculare. Studies within this program strives on the field professionalization that is focusing on the political dimension of analysis and advice to the public and political sectors, by using a range of methods and interdisciplinary technics from political management, law sciences, sociological sciences, etc. Formation of the master program "Political analysis and advice" has the peculiar formation of specialists in the field of coaching and the provision of counseling services, analysis, investigation and expertise into the public policy, focusing on a pragmatic approach and theoretical subjects from the educational cycle. The importance of the study program. The prospect of democratic development of our society dictates the need to acquire the theoretical and practical skills in the area of political activity. According to this we need the specialists with new vision mentality and skills-design patterns for political behavior and electoral political actors, efficient political activity. The actuality

Actuality of study "Political analysis and advice" resides in a great necessity in a political sciences professionals from the field of analysis and political advisors, able to carry out the research activity in a political reality in order to determine the factors to analyze them using the strictly scientific methods. The aim of the master program "Political analysis and advice" consists in the formation of the competences and skills analysis and advice on political issues through training of a set of analytical capabilities for the identification and demonstration of characteristic study of political reality relevance, improving the capacity to manage the political processes, including the crisis periods, providing policy advisory services. The study outcomes lies in the formation of professional specialists able to design various patterns of political relations development, based on these models to accurately predict the evolution of domestic political processes and external trends. Admission is carried out according with the Regulation on the organisation and operation of the admission in higher education institutions from the Republic of Moldova. The design of specialist training in the field of Political analysis and advice has the specific features powers obtained by graduates of this program that strives within the following coordinates: research on political processes dynamics;-the application of various methods and techniques for the political processes analysis; formulation the proposals and recommendations regarding the efficiency of electoral and political processes; design the trends and scenarios of political and electoral processes development; elaboration of proposals and recommendations for enhancing the political actors culture and meetings; adoption and rationalizing of political program in accordance with the requirements and needs of the company development; determining the challenges and risks of the current political processes; the development and use of efficient arrangements for the political processes management; the formulation and coordination of action plans in the political sphere; use the methods in the formulation of policy performance in the field. Master program "Political analysis and advice" is important to improve the efficiency and teaching activities, teaching methods, the development of curricula, through the excellence of the teachers involved in this master program over the curriculum models from other universities and through the practitioners assistance (politicians, researchers from institutions) to develop and improve the course plans, updating and interactive teaching methods development at their involvement in extracurricular activities. The program opportunity in the proposed formula stems from the fact that at the present time nor in a higher education institution from the Republic of Moldova which has master's programs in political framework is not achieved for the program (II) focused on issues of analysis and advice of the political processes, based on the whole studying methods process due to the population needs and aspirations. More and more parties, political leaders, central institutions and non-governmental organizations focused on the greater political communication correctness, techniques and methods of political advisors. The current market policy demonstrates a shortage of staff knowledge and skills that are carrying in the political organizations and counseling public powers, achieving the targets and determining the programs in order to promote the political parties, candidates, political programs, government programs, etc. Graduates would be able to work in the State sector, government bodies (Parliament, President; Local government), and (town halls, prices), public institutions (Central Electoral Commission), the private sphere and the non-governmental sector and advocacy, national and international programs from the labor market, etc. The holder of this diploma may activate as a political scientist, political analyst, consultant, public servant, clerk, Assistant/Adviser to the Deputy, associate in political parties and social organizations; researcher on the political science, head of non-governmental organizations and other humanitarian organizations and similar organizations, political adviser, Adviser for State institutions, manager (information services and advertising policy) Assistant Professor, political science trainer, programme co-ordinator, an expert in political management, political marketing and communication policy etc.
Consultation with the social partners (employers, graduates, teachers, students) analyze on students ' opinions, expressed in the questionnaire regarding the evaluation of the teaching and educational process, as well as questioning the relevance of the programme students. Also, the questioning of the social partners on the assessment of the specialists preparation degree of the institution, in political science in study period of initiation and internship, and the coordination of elaborating and modernizing the plans in consultation with the social partners. Plans of study has been done by investigating the offers and plans of studies at other educational institutions from the country and abroad (IRIM, SNSPA, Bucharest, Alexandru Ioan Cuza University, Iaşi, Vilnius Gediminas Boliai-Babes, Cluj-Napoca; Moscow State University etc.). It is also has been done an efficient cooperation with institutions and organizations, such as the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, the Government of the Republic of Moldova, the Central Electoral Commission, political parties, political analysis, etc. in order to develop the students comprehension of the whole international relations complex issues, that they would offer the opportunity to become competitive on the labor market and to engage in the various institutions of State and private profile. The graduate studies (master's studies) program "Political analysis and advice" it is developed and approved by the Political and Administrative Sciences Department, analyzed and evaluated by Quality Committees of PASD and FIRPAS, approved at the teachers Council of the Faculty of International Relations, Political and Administrative Sciences of MSU.
