VIZITĂ MEDICALĂ Licență anuală - 45 EUR (Se emite doar la sediul FRM) Licență 1 cursă - 25 EUR (Se emite la FRM pana pe 4 Aprilie) La cursa NU se pot emite asigurari de o cursa Asigurarea Internationala se poate emite la FRM pana Marti 10 Aprilie larisa@frm.ro V. M. se efectuează la orice Policlinică de Medicină Sportivă si se preda secretariatului FRM in ziua solicitarii inscrierii Vizita medicala NU se efectueaza la circuit!

2 4. ACORD NOTARIAL Sportivii minori necesită acordul notarial al ambilor părinți pentru permiterea participării la competițiile de motociclism 5. PERMISIUNE DE START / Sportivii străini necesită: deținătorii de licență - permisiune DEZLEGARE de start; cei fără licență - dezlegare de la Federația natală. 6. TAXĂ DE PARTICIPARE 150 EURO numerar la circuit: ÎNSCRIERI conform program atasat Toți participanții trebuie să completeze o Cerere de Înscriere, la secretariatul concursului sau online la Inscrisii online au prioritate la secretariat!!! NUMERE DE CONCURS Atribuirea numerelor de concurs se va face de către FRM pentru întreg anul competițional. Schimbarea acestor numere nu este posibilă în decursul desfășurării sezonului.

INSURANCE, ENTRIES AND STARTING PERMISSIONS All riders must be authorized by their national federation (FMN) in order to participate in the event(s) via starting permission plus license confirmation (to be presented at the administrative control). All entries must be sent minimum 2 days before the beginning of the Administrative control. All riders will be required to sign additional documents at the Administrative control. Riders under the age of 18 (minors) must be accompanied by a legal representative (parent or guardian) at the technical and Administrative control. By singing and stamping the Starting permission for a rider, their FMN declares that the rider in question: - has a valid insurance for motorcycling sports according to FIM Europe requirements, - has no bans or prohibitions that prevent them to participate in the event, - is physically and mentally fit to participate in the event, - has the sporting skills of the required level in order to participate in the event without endangering him or other participants during the event The organizers disclaim all responsibility for damage to a motorcycle, its accessories and components arising out of an accident, fire or other cases. The organizers have contracted a third party insurance according the BMU regulations for the days of the event (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) for the amount of euro. 7 10. ENTRY FEE 150 euro per rider 11. FREE PRACTICES, TIME PRACTICES AND RACES Free practices, Time Practices and Races will be run according to the timetable enclosed. 12. RENUNCIATION OF ANY RECOURSE AGAINST SPORTING AUTHORITIES Riders renounce all rights of appeal against the organizer, his representatives or agents by arbitration or before a tribunal or any other manner not foreseen by the BMU Regulations or the FIM Europe Sporting Code where applicable, for any damages for which they could be liable in consequence of all acts or omissions on the part of the organizer, his officials, representatives or agents in the application of these regulations or contributed to or arising out of their actions. SPECIFIC AND ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS FOR THE EVENT: a) Riders may be required to provide a valid document as a guarantee for their transponder (and holder). b) There will be no ride through procedure; riders will be penalized by adding +20 seconds. to their total racing time during the races and after that they will be classified based on their total racing time and laps made. c) As per official Greek Government directive, riders and teams may not enter the territory of Greece with fuel (petrol) in canisters, plastic tubes etc. Fuel can be purchased in the Serres region petrol stations. High penalties apply from the Greek authorities upon registering of the violation (1500 euro). d) Grid positions for the Races on Saturday will be based on the respective merged results per class from the time practices e) Grid Positions for Sunday races in each class will be made according to the best laps achieved by a rider during the Race on Saturday.
