-3053 Direct Cause description The direct cause of the accident is the non-respecting of the driver of the vehicle of the meaning of road signs, increased caution of the road users when approaching and crossing railway lines, combined with non-respecting of the crossing priority of the train at crossing level. Contributing factors - the driver didn t assured before the level crossing and did not stop before it, since the road signs warning him that he was approaching at a very dangerous place where he should assured before crossing the level crossing, even if information of that type of the level crossing were ambiguous.
